Who we are
As Usual apps are made by MB Handel, a company registered in Lithuania (registered address: Gedimino pr. 24, Vilnius, Lithuania). For privacy questions write to [email protected].
What the app reads from your store
To build your finance summary, Classic Finance Summary reads order financial data through the Shopify Admin API: order totals, sales, discounts, returns, taxes, shipping, fees, payment transactions (amount, payment method, date) and gift card totals, plus your store's name, currency and time zone. It does not request or read customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
What we store
- Your delivery settings: time zone, send time, attachment preferences, paper size.
- The email addresses you enter as report recipients.
- A delivery log: report date, time sent, status and recipients, kept for 90 days.
- Technical data needed to keep the app installed: your store's domain, Shopify access token and current plan.
Reports are calculated when they are sent or viewed and are not stored on our servers.
How we use it
Only to show your finance summary in Shopify admin and to email it to the recipients you choose. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or combine it with data from other stores.
Who processes it for us
- Shopify — the platform the app runs in, and billing.
- Hetzner Online GmbH — servers in the European Union.
- Resend — sends the report emails.
How long we keep it
While the app is installed. When you uninstall, morning emails stop immediately and Shopify notifies us to delete your store's data; we erase settings, recipients and logs within 48 hours of that notice.
Your rights
You can see, change or delete your settings and recipients in the app at any time. Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania or your local authority.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Access tokens and secrets are stored on our servers with restricted access. Recipients receive only the summary totals, never individual customer details.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
