Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026. Applies to Classic Finance Summary and other As Usual apps for Shopify.

Who you are dealing with

As Usual apps are provided by MB Handel, Gedimino pr. 24, Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”). By installing an As Usual app on your Shopify store you (“the merchant”) agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

The service

Classic Finance Summary calculates a finance summary from your store's order data and shows it in Shopify admin. On a paid plan it emails that summary to the recipients you choose at the time you set. We aim for the figures to match Shopify's own finance reports; if you find a difference, tell us and we will investigate. The summary is a convenience copy, not an accounting record of its own — your Shopify data remains the source of truth.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, monthly, at the price shown when you choose the plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app; cancelling stops future charges. Shopify's billing rules apply to refunds and proration.

Your responsibilities

Enter only recipients who expect to receive your reports, and keep that list up to date. Don't use the app to break the law or Shopify's terms.

Data processing

When we process personal data on your behalf (for example, order data that relates to your customers), you are the controller and we are your processor. We:

Availability and liability

We work to deliver reports on time every day but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; if a morning email fails, the app retries and the report stays available in admin. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; for material changes we will tell you in the app before they apply. Lithuanian law governs these terms, without affecting consumer protections that apply to you.
